Thank you for choosing Milk Master. We strive to provide the best dairy management experience. Since our services are digital and subscription-based, we have a clear policy regarding refunds.
1. No Refund Policy
Digital Nature: Since our application provides immediate access to premium dairy management tools, automated reports, and marketplace features upon payment, we do not offer any refunds once a subscription is purchased.
Subscription Plans: All payments made for Monthly or Yearly subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
Partial Use: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days if you decide to stop using the app before your subscription period expires.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You are free to stop using the service at any time.
Cancelling your account or deleting the app does not entitle you to a refund of any previous payments.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Service Disruptions
While we aim for 100% uptime, Milk Master is not responsible for any refund claims arising from temporary server maintenance, internet connectivity issues at the user's end, or third-party service outages.
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of technical errors where a user is charged twice for the same subscription due to a payment gateway glitch, please contact us immediately. Such cases will be verified with our payment partner and handled accordingly.
